Ícones, insígnias e imagens
Todos os ícones, insígnias, silhuetas de maravilhas, medalhas e imagens de substituição são desenhados para o Waypeak (traçados SVG próprios). As bandeiras vêm de flag-icons 7.6.0 de Panayiotis Lipiridis (licença MIT, texto da licença) e são servidas pelo próprio Waypeak. Territórios sem bandeira própria mostram o seu código. Fotos e textos das publicações pertencem a quem os envia.
As imagens de monumentos e maravilhas são desenhos de linha próprios e muito simplificados. Não foram decalcadas de fotos nem de outros conjuntos de ícones e não mostram obras de arte protegidas, como estátuas. As insígnias de países e grupos são desenhos próprios, não brasões nem emblemas oficiais.
Marcas e nomes
Nomes como UNESCO, Wikipédia ou Natural Earth pertencem aos seus titulares; mencioná-los não implica parceria nem recomendação.
O mesmo se aplica a NASA, Google, Apple, Stripe, Travelpayouts e Aviasales. O Waypeak não está ligado a estas organizações e empresas nem é apoiado por elas. Os nomes servem apenas para descrever conteúdos ou serviços, por exemplo no início de sessão ou na importação do histórico de localizações do Google. A lista das maravilhas do mundo moderno é uma seleção própria de lugares conhecidos; o Waypeak não está ligado a nenhuma organização que realize votações sobre maravilhas do mundo.
