Modifications : les données ont été filtrées, simplifiées, traduites et fusionnées. Les valeurs issues de Wikipédia (prises, tension, sens de circulation, numéros d’urgence) se trouvent dans facts.json et emergency.json et sont partagées sous CC BY-SA 4.0.
Les données de frontières terrestres et de continents dans challenges.json sont dérivées de mledoze/countries et partagées sous ODbL 1.0.

Icônes, badges et images
Toutes les icônes, badges, silhouettes de merveilles, médailles et images de remplacement sont dessinés pour Waypeak (tracés SVG propres). Les drapeaux proviennent de flag-icons 7.6.0 de Panayiotis Lipiridis (licence MIT, texte de licence) et sont servis par Waypeak. Les territoires sans drapeau propre affichent leur code. Les photos et textes des publications appartiennent aux personnes qui les publient.
Les images de monuments et de merveilles sont nos propres dessins au trait, très simplifiés. Elles ne sont pas décalquées de photos ou d’autres jeux d’icônes et ne montrent aucune œuvre d’art protégée, comme des statues. Les badges des pays et groupes sont nos propres motifs, pas des armoiries ou emblèmes officiels.
Marques et noms
Les noms comme UNESCO, Wikipédia ou Natural Earth appartiennent à leurs titulaires ; les citer n’implique aucun partenariat ni recommandation.
Il en va de même pour NASA, Google, Apple, Stripe, Travelpayouts et Aviasales. Waypeak n’est ni lié à ces organisations et entreprises ni soutenu par elles. Les noms servent uniquement à décrire des contenus ou services, par exemple pour la connexion ou l’import de l’historique des positions Google. La liste des merveilles du monde moderne est notre propre sélection de lieux connus ; Waypeak n’est lié à aucune organisation qui organise des votes sur les merveilles du monde.
