Los datos de fronteras terrestres y continentes en challenges.json derivan de mledoze/countries y se comparten bajo ODbL 1.0.

Iconos, insignias e imágenes
Todos los iconos, insignias, siluetas de maravillas, medallas e imágenes de relleno están dibujados para Waypeak (trazados SVG propios). Las banderas proceden de flag-icons 7.6.0 de Panayiotis Lipiridis (licencia MIT, texto de la licencia) y las sirve el propio Waypeak. Los territorios sin bandera propia muestran su código. Las fotos y textos de las publicaciones pertenecen a quienes los suben.
Las imágenes de monumentos y maravillas son dibujos de línea propios y muy simplificados. No están calcados de fotos ni de otros conjuntos de iconos y no muestran obras de arte protegidas, como estatuas. Las insignias de países y grupos son diseños propios, no escudos ni emblemas oficiales.
Marcas y nombres
Nombres como UNESCO, Wikipedia o Natural Earth pertenecen a sus titulares; mencionarlos no implica colaboración ni recomendación.
Lo mismo vale para NASA, Google, Apple, Stripe, Travelpayouts y Aviasales. Waypeak no está vinculado a estas organizaciones y empresas ni cuenta con su respaldo. Los nombres solo sirven para describir contenidos o servicios, por ejemplo para iniciar sesión o importar el historial de ubicaciones de Google. La lista de maravillas del mundo moderno es una selección propia de lugares conocidos; Waypeak no está vinculado a ninguna organización que realice votaciones sobre maravillas del mundo.
