Geändert: Daten wurden gefiltert, vereinfacht, übersetzt und zusammengeführt. Wikipedia-basierte Werte (Stecker, Spannung, Fahrseite, Notrufnummern) stehen in den Dateien facts.json und emergency.json und werden unter CC BY-SA 4.0 weitergegeben.
Die Daten zu Landgrenzen und Kontinenten in der Datei challenges.json sind aus mledoze/countries abgeleitet und werden unter der ODbL 1.0 weitergegeben.
Enthält Informationen des öffentlichen Sektors, lizenziert unter der Open Government Licence v3.0.

Icons, Abzeichen und Bilder
Alle Icons, Abzeichen, Weltwunder-Silhouetten, Medaillen und Platzhalter sind für Waypeak selbst gezeichnet (eigene SVG-Pfade). Flaggen stammen aus flag-icons 7.6.0 von Panayiotis Lipiridis (MIT-Lizenz, Lizenztext) und werden von Waypeak selbst ausgeliefert. Gebiete ohne eigene Flagge zeigen ihren Code. Fotos und Texte in Beiträgen gehören den Personen, die sie hochladen.
Die Bilder von Wahrzeichen und Weltwundern sind stark vereinfachte eigene Strichzeichnungen. Sie sind nicht von Fotos oder fremden Icon-Sets abgezeichnet und zeigen keine geschützten Kunstwerke wie Statuen. Die Abzeichen für Länder und Gruppen sind eigene Motive und keine offiziellen Hoheitszeichen oder Embleme.
Marken und Namen
Genannte Namen wie UNESCO, Wikipedia oder Natural Earth gehören ihren Inhabern; ihre Nennung bedeutet keine Partnerschaft oder Empfehlung.
Das gilt auch für NASA, Google, Apple, Stripe, Travelpayouts und Aviasales. Waypeak ist mit diesen Organisationen und Firmen nicht verbunden und wird nicht von ihnen unterstützt. Die Namen dienen nur dazu, Inhalte oder Dienste zu beschreiben, etwa bei der Anmeldung oder beim Import des Google-Standortverlaufs. Die Liste der modernen Weltwunder ist eine eigene Auswahl bekannter Orte; Waypeak ist mit keiner Organisation verbunden, die Abstimmungen über Weltwunder durchführt.
