Wijzigingen: de gegevens zijn gefilterd, vereenvoudigd, vertaald en samengevoegd. Waarden op basis van Wikipedia (stekkers, netspanning, rijrichting, alarmnummers) staan in facts.json en emergency.json en worden gedeeld onder CC BY-SA 4.0.
De gegevens over landgrenzen en continenten in challenges.json zijn afgeleid van mledoze/countries en worden gedeeld onder ODbL 1.0.

Pictogrammen, badges en afbeeldingen
Alle pictogrammen, badges, silhouetten van wereldwonderen, medailles en plaatshouders zijn getekend voor Waypeak (eigen SVG-paden). Vlaggen komen van flag-icons 7.6.0 van Panayiotis Lipiridis (MIT-licentie, licentietekst) en worden door Waypeak zelf geleverd. Gebieden zonder eigen vlag tonen hun code. Foto's en teksten in berichten zijn van de mensen die ze uploaden.
De afbeeldingen van bezienswaardigheden en wereldwonderen zijn onze eigen, sterk vereenvoudigde lijntekeningen. Ze zijn niet overgetrokken van foto's of andere pictogrammensets en tonen geen beschermde kunstwerken zoals beelden. De badges voor landen en groepen zijn onze eigen ontwerpen, geen officiële wapens of emblemen.
Merken en namen
Namen zoals UNESCO, Wikipedia of Natural Earth zijn van hun eigenaars; het noemen ervan betekent geen samenwerking of aanbeveling.
Hetzelfde geldt voor NASA, Google, Apple, Stripe, Travelpayouts en Aviasales. Waypeak is niet verbonden aan deze organisaties en bedrijven en wordt niet door hen onderschreven. De namen worden alleen gebruikt om inhoud of diensten te beschrijven, bijvoorbeeld voor het inloggen of het importeren van de Google-locatiegeschiedenis. De lijst van moderne wereldwonderen is onze eigen selectie van bekende plekken; Waypeak is niet verbonden aan een organisatie die over wereldwonderen laat stemmen.
